A dash of Gold

When you fall you fall hard,when you cry you cry a river.
When you open your eyes you see things you really don't want to see.

She fell and fell hard;she cried and she cried a river.
when she opened  her eyes she saw things she didn't want to see.
But she did it all for love and her life for loosing the one she gave her heart to meant death of her soul.
Green velvet and a dash of gold;long hair blowing in the wind,with moon over head, such sadness a wish upon the moon. winds of song and night life.
She hums a sad tune of sorrow,green velvet and a dash of gold. a shadow forms across her sight, a man  of her heart, the knight of her soul,her love of all.
she turns and sees him. "what ales you?"  he asks. "nothing ales me; my love, just thinking upon my moonlight night"she replys.
"Come home then,my lady" he says
"not till the sun has risen" she replys
"till then my lady" he says
"good night my love" she whispers
"till the marrow" he reply
"till the marrow" she whispers back.
